No longer are smokers stopping into gas stations, grocery stores, and tobacco shops to buy cigarettes. Instead, they're stopping into an electronic cigarette store to buy their smokes. Electronic cigarettes have suddenly replaced tobacco cigarettes, and there are many people who have a variety of different reasons why. Some smoke electronic cigarettes because it's a healthier substitute to smoking tobacco cigarettes while others find that they save more money by purchasing electronic cigarettes instead of regular cigarettes.

            So are we nearing a time where a tobacco shop is replaced by an electronic cigarette store? It's quite possible, because they're growing in such popularity. Electronic cigarettes are charged by a little battery, which powers an atomizer, and that atomizer turns a liquid into a vapor that's inhaled by the smoker. The liquid contains nicotine and is flavored, and is in what's known as e-cigarette cartridges. E-cigarette cartridges can be bought from an electronic cigarette store in either a disposable cartridge or either as disposable e-cigarette cartridges.

If a smoker buys disposable e-cigarette cartridges, then they wouldn't have to refill the cartridge with e-liquid every time it runs out. They would simply throw away the e-cigarette cartridges and put a new one on the mouth piece. If they buy refillable e-cigarette cartridges, then they have to refill them with e-liquid when the cartridge is out. An electronic cigarette store usually sells both types, and many smokers generally try different ones to see what ones they like best. Their preference generally has more to do with how much they smoke, as if they smoke infrequently, then they usually end up using disposable cartridges because they'll last longer.

The varieties in cartridges are one reason that smokers have switched over to electronic cigarettes. Instead of smoking an entire tobacco cigarette, smokers are able to take "puffs" of the cigarette until they feel satisfied, so often they end up smoking less than they would with tobacco cigarettes. It's very rare to see a tobacco smoker take just a few puffs of a cigarette and put it out; instead, they smoke the whole thing basically because it's there in front of them and they feel compelled to finish it.
